Points

The Mossmorran plant distributed various pollutants (full list: https://lochgelly.org.uk/projects/air-quality/) - Time based Air Quality monitors in the Lochgelly, Auchtertool and Cowdenbeath area would provide real-time data to monitor emission levels and allow for data to be put into the public domain as well as provide an additional data set for SEPA.
