The park has had no investment in to new equipment in a long time and serves a large area of the town with young families. The area is a reasonable size but has very little equipment and is unimaginative. This could be greatly improved with a grant from this fund.
Our children are the future and we should do everything to make there early years experiences as good as we can. Play areas are invaluable to children growing up and this is an excellent opportunity to improve an existing play area that is really well used but needs upgraded with equipment that is up to date and encourages there imaginations.
