There are a lot of areas in Kelty that are badly over grown and require attention. There is also a high number of people unemployed in the area. These two things could be combined by setting up a training programme for unemployed people, giving them skills in tree cutting, gardening skills etc. Once these areas are more managable then they would be easier kept by the Council.
